All our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the best possible product. Please inspect your order carefully when you receive it.
In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department at 718-717-2780 within seven (7) days of receiving your purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement for items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds, or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted.
Receive complimentary standard shipping on individual orders or shipments of $100 or more. No promo code is necessary at checkout for qualifying orders. If you are using a promotional discount code when placing your order, please note that shipping charges are calculated based on your merchandise order total after the discount code is applied to your order and before any applicable sales taxes are applied. When shipping to multiple locations, each individual shipment is subject to these same calculations.

When shipping UPS Ground, packages should be received within:
2-3 days for Eastern & Central Canada
3-5 days for Western Canada
3-4-days for Eastern States (New England, Mid-Atlantic, Southeast)
3-5 days for Central States (Midwest and Gulf Coast)
4-7 days for Mountain and Western States

An additional fee of $25-$45 will be added to orders that are to be expedited. Two-Day Delivery orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday-Friday to be shipped that same day.
